My Story

The abridged version: I was born in South East DC and raised in Maryland (plus a short stint in Nairobi, Kenya). I love writing, video games, and watching TV... pretty basic stuff. But my truest of true loves is travel.

Why 'One Black Voice'?

I came up with the idea for this project while driving (where I get most of my ideas) and listening to a podcast. I forget what the podcast was but it was two best friends talking about whatever they wanted... and I thought, I'm not a podcast person but I love talking about whatever I want! My preferred medium is pen & paper but I thought it would be good to share my thoughts with the web. Read my first post to get a better idea of what One Black Voice is really about.
